Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, and email address.
• Trip details: pickup and drop-off addresses, dates, times, ride type, and notes you share, including mobility or assistance needs.
• Payment records when you pay for a ride. Card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by us.
• Basic website data such as browser type and pages visited.

How we use it

• To quote, schedule, confirm, and complete your rides.
• To contact you about your trip by phone, text, or email.
• To send marketing messages only if you gave separate consent.
• To meet legal, insurance, safety, and contract reporting requirements.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you opt in, we send text messages about your ride, such as confirmations, reminders, driver updates, and replies to your requests. Marketing texts are sent only with separate consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call 980-385-4901.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We may share information with service providers who help us operate (for example, our messaging and payment providers) only to deliver our services.

When we share information

• With the driver assigned to your trip.
• With a facility, school, broker, or payer that arranged or pays for your ride, limited to what the trip requires.
• When required by law or to protect the safety of riders and drivers.

We do not sell your personal information.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to the people who need it to run your trip.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or stop messages, by calling 980-385-4901. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of messaging.

Children

For student transportation, we collect student information from parents, guardians, schools, or programs only to provide the ride.
